Subscription

At Coloni, we are unique in offering all of our products on a subscription basis. There is no need for large capital expenditure, extensive investment in IT or additional support services. With Content Manager you pay a simple monthly or annual fee, based on the size of your site and functionality you need, and always use the latest version of the software.

You can choose from a flexible range of service packages, designed to give you the most cost effective capability for your budget, with the ability to upgrade at any time. You can choose another service package or just add functionality to suit your requirement.

There is no need for investment in software and I.T. infrastructure, installation or maintenance, as this is all provided as part of the service. All you need is a standard Internet browser and connection. Subscription includes online support and a continual upgrade path, ensuring the latest versions of software are available instantly.

Integration

A one-off payment covers set up / integration of the system with existing sites. Quotations are based on an hourly rate of £80 per hour.

Content Manager Product Range – Installed Server Appliance

In addition to the Application Service edition of Content Manager, we can provide an installed appliance for deployment within your own network infrastructure.

The Content Manager appliance offers many benefits to end users and administrators alike, both in intranet and public website deployments.

The appliance includes a web / database server (MS SQL Express) and tape backup, ensuring maximum performance and the additional security and peace of mind of an isolated system.

The remote support package provides direct access by our service engineers, to resolve any issues that may occur and ensure that the system is running smoothly at all times. Remote support also provides access to specific CMS enterprise software enhancements as they are released.

Support

The support package requires VPN connection to the server appliance to allow secure remote connections for our engineers, to guarantee the smooth running and integrity of the CMS Appliance. The support package is provided annually and is mandatory for the first year following installation.
